Scope

This policy applies to the Hair Style mobile app and the Hair Style web interface at hair-style.app. Some data handling differs between the mobile app and the web interface, and both are described below.

Mobile app

• Uploaded selfies and generated hairstyle previews
• A stable app-scoped device identifier used to keep credits, gallery history, and purchases attached to the same install
• Purchase, restore, and transaction metadata from Google Play Billing and RevenueCat for mobile credit packs
• Diagnostics and analytics events needed to operate, secure, and improve the app

Web interface

• Uploaded photos and generated previews
• Account details such as name and email when you create or use a web account
• Payment and billing details handled by Stripe checkout for web purchases
• Website analytics, cookies, and session data used to operate and improve the website

Analytics and service providers

The mobile app uses Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, and related attribution or fraud-prevention tooling. The web interface may use website analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity on pages where they are active. We use these services to understand feature usage, purchase flow health, abuse signals, and product performance.

How data is used

• Generate and store hairstyle previews
• Deliver purchased credits and restore eligible purchases
• Maintain gallery history and device or account state
• Investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve the product
• Provide customer support and refund handling

Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
• Contact support about billing, privacy, or refund questions
• Use the mobile app without creating a login-based account
