When and how to request a refund for Hair Style credits on mobile or web.

Android app purchases
- Mobile purchases are made through Google Play Billing
- Use Google Play refund tools or order history first for store-managed refund requests
- If credits were not delivered, restored incorrectly, or a paid generation failed because of a service error, contact mohammed@dahmani.me with the order ID and purchase date
Web purchases
- Web purchases are handled through Stripe checkout
- For web billing issues, contact mohammed@dahmani.me with the checkout email and purchase date
Eligible cases
- Unused credits within 7 days
- Technical issues that block generation
- Clear generation failure caused by a service error
Non-eligible cases
- Credits already used
- Requests outside the window without a technical issue
- Purely subjective dislike of a selected style

- Include the order ID or checkout email and purchase date
- Describe the issue clearly
